Here, we follow an iterative, inquiry-based process native to both design and science. Our tools are carefully selected from multiple knowledge traditions — some ancient, some contemporary — not for their prestige or popularity but for their demonstrated ability to surface what is true in a system. By integrating these traditions and tools, we have created a signature methodology for investigating, cultivating, and restoring coherence within living organizational systems.
In the Co-Lab, questions are crafted thoughtfully, conditions are observed, precise interventions are made, conditions are observed again, and something is learned from what happens. Then, what is learned informs what actions are taken in support of the organization’s desired outcomes.
